I had a good day yesterday. I stayed on program with WW and got lots of exercise. I worked hard at skating too. We worked with Victor Kraatz at synchro last night. He is really great and we are all learning a lot.

Today I am aiming for another on program day and a walk with Jaidyn, weather depending. We may be going for a run in the mall instead.
